Welcome to Tequila OTP. By accessing or using otptequila.com, creating an account, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this site and purchase our products. By entering and using the site, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age (21 in the United States; 18 in Mexico and most Latin American countries). We use an age verification gate that relies on your truthful confirmation.
2. Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are described in good faith. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly. Sale prices and promotions are subject to availability and may have expiration dates.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown. Orders are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States and select international destinations where legally permitted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $100 USD (before taxes and after discounts). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for bottles that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not accept returns based on taste preference.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promo codes and discounts are subject to specific terms (minimum purchase, expiration, product exclusions). Only one promo code per order unless otherwise stated. Promo codes cannot be applied to past purchases, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.
8. Marketing Consent
When you opt into marketing communications, you agree to receive emails about products, special offers, events, coupons, and brand news. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time via the Unsubscribe link in emails, your Account settings, or by contacting us. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.) and applicable Latin American data protection and consumer laws. We never sell your data to third parties for their marketing.
9. Intellectual Property
The Tequila OTP name, logo, bottle designs, images, text, and all content on this site are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tequila OTP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
For users in the United States: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in Latin America: local consumer protection laws apply to the extent they provide greater protection. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, except where prohibited by local law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
