Our Origin

Where OTP began and where it's going.

OTP was born from a single conviction: the consumer deserved more. In 2018, that conviction led to the creation of a craft spirit that refused to cut corners, using agave syrup instead of sugar liqueurs to achieve a superior quality profile from the very first ingredient.

In 2023, through Tequila Masters Solutions, that original vision was reborn and expanded into tequila. Rooted in Jalisco, the only region in the world where true tequila can be made, OTP now produces 100% pure Blue Agave expressions that balance innovation and artisanal craftsmanship in every batch.

Our Tequila Master

OTP is produced in partnership with Leocadio Raygoza, known as "Don Cayo," master distiller at our production facility in Jalisco.

Born into the culture of agave and dedicated to the craft from an early age, Don Cayo combines generations of tequila-making tradition with a deep understanding of modern fermentation and distillation techniques. He developed the proprietary native yeast culture used in OTP's closed-vat fermentation process and personally oversees every stage of production, from estate-grown agave selection to final distillation.

His expertise ensures consistency, authenticity, and exceptional quality in every batch, preserving the heritage of tequila while embracing innovation where it matters most.

What makes OTP different starts with what we keep out. Our closed fermentation system helps protect the process from environmental contaminants and unwanted bacteria, allowing us to naturally regulate, monitor, and control fermentation with greater precision. This results in a consistent flavor profile across every bottle and every batch.
